Located on the banks of the Garonne River, in the heart of the Chartrons district, IBAÏA is a place for living, sharing, and celebrating. With its terrace overlooking the river and its 180° view of Bordeaux's two iconic bridges, IBAÏA combines fine dining, conviviality, and a festive atmosphere inspired by the beach clubs of Saint-Tropez and Saint-Barth.

Your responsibilities
As part of our development, we are looking for several talented individuals to strengthen our team. kitchen staff :
Head chef : managing the team, creating recipes to share, ensuring the quality and consistency of dishes.
Sous chef : assist the manager in organizing and coordinating the department, replace the manager in his/her absence.
Head chef : manage a production station (hot, cold, grilled items, desserts), ensure setup and quality.
Kitchen assistant : assist the chefs, prepare ingredients, maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
In general, you will participate in:
The development and preparation of dishes on our menu (focus on sharing and fresh produce).
Compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).
Maintaining a clean, organized, and dynamic work environment.
Team spirit within a passionate and motivated team.
Desired profile
Previous experience in a similar position (a plus, but not required for clerks).
Rigor, creativity, and attention to detail.
