Your responsibilities
We are looking for talented individuals to strengthen our indoor team in various positions:
Room manager :
Supervise and motivate the front-of-house team.
Ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Manage the organization of reservations and coordination with the kitchen.
Be responsible for IBAÏA's image and quality standards.
Head waiter :
Welcome, advise, and serve customers with elegance and efficiency.
Manage a station independently and supervise clerks/waiters in that area.
Participate in setting up, taking orders, and monitoring the service.
Waiter/waitress :
Ensure a warm welcome for customers.
Take orders, provide service, and ensure guests' comfort.
Contribute to the friendly and dynamic atmosphere in the room.
Desired profile
- Previous experience depending on the position (required for Manager and Head Waiter; a plus for Waiter/Waitress).
- Neat appearance and good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a flair for customer contact.
- Dynamism, a smile, and a sense of teamwork.
- English or Spanish appreciated (international clientele).
